seriously. You have to wonder how they stay in business. It's like I say I don't mind mistakes, it's how gracefully those mistakes are handled and if they're corrected. Ironically every other place I've ordered from has made mistakes but they've made me not worry if a mistake is made in the future because I know they'll make it right.
