After dealing with P&C's customer service a few times and their can-do attitude, whenever I hear someone complain about getting shot down from them I find it very hard to believe. They've always bent over backwards and I am a curmudgeon on the phone, especially when I feel like I got a bad deal. They never ask the wrong questions, "just what can we do to fix this?" They have always had one of the best attitudes when I call them.
