P&C Coupon Failure

Trying to place an order. Coupon says 15% off over $75 (read the fine print) but is only discounting ~$15 from a 250 dollar order. Anyone else have any experience with this?

The fine print in the coupon does say "Some Exclusions Apply" but doesn't state what those are, so I went on the P&C website to look around and found the following link which lists some specific brands that are excluded from promo codes, and also states that "sitewide percentage or dollar-off promotions cannot be applied to items currently on sale":

If you are lucky, something will happen with P&C order quickly, and you won't have to worry about on subsequent orders.

Since the state of Maine outlawed mail-order pipe tobacco, I've stopped visiting P&C's website, as well as all the others.

Ditto. I had an issue with an order one time and after a few weeks they responded to me with an apology and gave me a discount code for my next order. When I tried to use that discount code that same day it didn't work . . .

It's the kind of site where you should be surprised when everything works perfectly and not surprised when it doesn't.
