P&C 20% Off Frequency

I went to make a purchase at P&C with my 20% off coupon and was dismayed when the pipe I wanted was sold out since this morning and the tobacco was backordered! I am not concerned with the tobacco. That'll come back. But I really wanted the pipe and can't find it anywhere else. Hoping they get more in the future. It was the Big Ben Jade Dublin that I inquired about here a few weeks back.
20% is a nice savings. I would like to take advantage of it but at the same time I don't want to rush a decision. I need to love the pipe before pulling the trigger. And I also like to read reviews and know everything I can about these things. That's the kind of consumer I am. Do these sales happen multiple times a year?

Nice! I didn't scroll down far enough to see international sellers even checking eBay. Those aren't the exact shapes I'm looking for but I know where to look. I do like the one you directly linked to. P&C has the Oom Paul Jade in stock. I'm not a fan but that bent pipe on eBay looks nice.

P&C's 20% off sale seems to happen twice a year. Though they do, more regularly, send out 20% off coupons with some orders.
