I can overnight from Europe to the US for that price.
It most likely wont make it until 2 days but that is about the cost.
If its domestic service that is nonsense they quoted you.

The question is what is the delivery company actually charging? You can go on YouTube and download 30 minute videos that will show you how to use Ai video programs to make a short clip of kittens riding unicorns in a tobacco store

You posted a pic of the ship date. What was the order date?
That's the other thing... was it one day/overnight in transit and just wasn't actually shipped day-of-order?

Hence what I said before about overnight shipping needing to be before a certain time of the business day for it to truly be overnight...

A company may make a mistake and charge you $32, then they themselves get a $150 charge ONCE. But I would think they would learn pretty quickly and cut that out immediately.
and if they didn't it would be their choice. That's what's so stupid about telling a customer that.
Like oh really it's my fault you lose money on the thing you offer me. I am sorry you don't understand the point of business so poorly you make an offer that losses you a decent amount of money all the dang time.
I guess we should be getting them a refund on their business degrees, since they clearly didn't take.

I don't understand why anyone would use overnight shipping for Cigars or pipe tobacco. . I doubt the $150 cost cited is accurate but I certainly expect charging $32 is a losing proposition. Their fault for charging too little.

It also sounds like the OP experience is the overnight option does not actually equal overnight a significant % of the time. So why bother? My time is worth way too much to waste calling vendors to attempt to get a refund all the time. Especially when the regular delivery is more than adequate to maintain the quality of the product.
I have done it once or twice. If the situation demands it. Either being out of tobacco or wanting a specific thing for an event. Like for example getting invited to an important celebration at the last minute.
Otherwise I'd just take the cheapest option. The people that just can't wait due to basic impatience confuse me. I knew one guy that would over night any product he ordered. The waste of money was astonishing.

Those are valid reasons for using overnight.
