Ive been a guitar player for 26 years now I believe. Mainly play electric lead guitar. I enjoy many different styles of music. Can't draw a straight line with a ruler but I can make that guitar sing lol

this month this one has been sold for 1350 euros in a size of 130x86 cm to a collector in Los Gatos, USA.

Wow, some incredible talent! Jason Robards is one of my favorite actors - saw Something Wicked in the theater once upon a time.

I really admire those who can create. Can’t paint, can’t draw, but once in a very great while I’ll put my mind to making something - crafted a few fishing rods years ago. Spent many hours on some winter nights making this for my girl 35 years ago as a Valentine’s Day gift. I think she liked it, we got engaged a few months later!

Nothing like original art but this thread made me think of it.

Here's an easel painting I did many years ago entitled The White Hat. Just thought some of you might like to see something not done for film and TV. Using some photographic sources and just making up the rest, oil on linen:

When my grandson was two (2016) he loved Wally Kazam and there were no Wally Kazam toys available. So I made him one. It took me most of a day. The difficult part was stuffing it, especially down the arms and legs. He's now seven and he still has it sitting in his room.
