Another voice in the chorus:
SPC is not only a fantastic pipe company -- they are one of the finest companies of ANY sort I've ever dealt with, measured on grounds of customer service, meeting/exceeding expectations, reasonable pricing, variety of products. Simply outstanding.
Other online retailers also have good reps. Folks here also like P&C and 4Noggins I've made purchases with them and others. But SPC is at the very top of my list. I was able to visit their B&M a couple of years ago and THAT was really nifty experience, as well.
I'll go this far: Not only are they a simply extraordinary firm, they are good for entire pastime of pipe smoking and collecting, and deserve much credit for the small renaissance it is enjoying.
ETA: My basis for saying this is the purchase of some dozen pipes and countless tobaccos and accessories form them over many years.
