Assuming you're from the USA, European tobacco orders have been a bit iffy the past year.
Lots of stuff has been iffy for the past year. I can't imagine why...?
I don't order from Germany. I have had number of issues with everything coming from Germany. Fountain pen, bike wheel.. Good thing I haven't ordered something as important as pipe tobacco.
