Just one? Doesn't that miss the point? Aromatics are like going to the cafeteria and asking for this salad, that entree, this bread and that dessert. Settling on one aromatic is like going to the cafeteria and ordering just one item. That's why there are so many food and drink flavorings.

Have not tried that gl pease Virginia cream

What’s it like ?
JimInks probably has the best review of it on tobaccoreviews. I'd describe it as an aromatic for people who aren't super into aromatics.
Here's an analogy: I love black coffee, drink it every day. I hate overly sweetened lattes and various other Starbucks-style drinks. But every now and then (maybe twice a year), I get a caffe latte, but made with half the flavoring and half the sugar. It really hits the spot when I'm craving something sweet, but it doesn't mask the underlying coffee taste. This, to me, is what The Virginia Cream is all about-- good Virginia tobacco is the point of this blend, but the topping provides an added element when you're craving something sweet. Also gives it a wife-approved room note.

My favourite aromatic is definitely Peter Stokebbye's Nougat which, with reference to the thread's title, was the actual blend smoked by the LOTR cast on set.

L.J. Peretti's Blend 432. It has never let me down when I want a sweet smoke. I hope one day to try the Country Squire's Parsons Blend. Maybe that will take over...
