Ya gotta be careful buying those Bo Nordh's. There are lots of knock offs. My friend was in Copenhagen and called me. He saw one at a street vendor and said "I found you one of those Bo pipes!" He snapped a pic of it but his internet connection was horrible and it wouldn't upload. I said "What shape is it?" He said "It's a freehand and it's only $900!" I said "Are you sure it's a Bo Nordh?" He said "The guy said It's a Bo Nordh! And he says he has some of those Lars and Jessie ones too! He's blind and I don't think he'd lie." So I told him to buy it and I'd pay him back. When he brought it home, it was indeed a freehand Bo, just not a Bo Nordh. The nomenclature faintly says Bo Nordh but with a magnifying glass you can tell they changed from Boi Nerdh. I think it's a Korean knock off. I thought "Well, there is $900 down the drain!" It's ok, last time I was in Copenhagen, I found that street vendor and asked him for my money back. He said "No." I was going to punch him but people, violence is almost never the right way. Can't we all just get along? So I lured away his seeing eye dog with some cheese and kept it. It's awesome! I almost never have to look where I am going when I walk because the dog lets me know if I am going to hit something. He's a 100lb German Shepherd so no one ever tries to mug me. And and and with a pair of sunglasses and a white cane, I get into most paid events for free! Like fairs, concerts, movies and parks because when people think you are blind and you fiddle and say you can't find your ticket, they just let you in because you are backing up the line and since you are blind, you wouldn't lie! Best $900 I ever spent! I'm so glad I did the right thing and didn't turn to violence.
