A tough game, the US seemed outplayed despite the score, thank god Quick had one heck of a game. Kudo's to the Canadians. At least we held Crosby off the score-board.

I have high hopes. I thought both Price and Quick had good games, but that the Canadians just kept the push on in a way that the Yanks couldn't match. The only thing that kept the game from being 4-3, versus 1-0, was goal tending.

Wow, what a collapse from the US team. Midway thru the 3rd, it looks like we're going home without a medal. What a disappointing result from this team.

Peck that's definitely something to worry about, but if we play like we did against the US then we'll be in good shape.
Looks like the US were broken after yesterday, it's unfortunate but they really shit the bed today. They have a good nucleus though, they'll be back.

Wow, can't believe they got spanked 5-0 by a country that only has 5.5 million people. I think I read somewhere that Finland has one of the highest medals per capita of any country.

It's been a hard Olympics all around. The TV ratings have sagged into the basement in the U.S. World events

have overshadowed the games, in the Ukraine but other places too. Although Russia did a lot to promote the

festivities, the mood has not be pervasively happy. Here's hoping for happier games in a less fraught location

and a slightly calmer time. I have gotten hooked on watching the Olympics, but not this year.

Crosby pops his cherry with a clutch move, thats how you win a Gold Medal. As a Caps fan, we have to hate Crosby, but he always delivers (are you watching this Alex O?)
