than that, if not on Forums. Some people in that generational cohort may not be as likely to be online,
although some people over 80 do maintain a cyber presence. My dad, who died in 2006, at the age of
89 -- licensed to drive without glasses, as I like to recall -- ran the computer lab at the local community
college as a second career until he was well into his 70's. He became vested in the retirement system there.
But once he retired for the second time, with a barn storming farewell speech worthy of Bryant or Churchill,
he wouldn't have a computer at home! It would have helped so much if he had, but no thank you, and no
