Has anyone smoked this stuff? I have a tin and I know what it’s worth, so I don’t want to pop it open hastily. I feel like it’s priced due to its rarity vs its quality, not that I think it’s bad. I have a lot of other McClelland English blends, so I feel like I’d rather trade it for something more interesting.

Yep, never heard of that one. Possibly a relabel like how C&D did Oriental Silk for the Chicago Shiw a few years ago.

Basically the year before gl Pease starting doing the Naspc lotr blends, McClellands did one
Judging by the contents, and this comment, "Discovered in the McClelland factory and packed exclusively for the NASPC", I'd guess it's a repacking of one of their green label blends.

@pipestud Steve, your buddy Mike ever tell you what this one is?
Sorry to be late to the party. Been a crazy week getting ready for the Chicago Trip. And no, I never thought to ask McNiel what was in it. At my age I have trouble remembering yesterday, and since I was still running a manual rather than ecommerce website back in 2015, I couldn't check to see what I sold it for.

I attached the photo of the tin that is on tobaccoreviews.com as well as the link to the descriptive here: Old Toby
