Old cob

I found this old corn cob in a shop, anyone knows how to date it? The stem seems to be made out of horn

Yessir, I would guess 1950 give or take 10 years either direction.

Thats a fine cob too, Hirschl & Bendheim. The stem is bone.

I agree with Lonestar's information, but I think it's from the 1920s through early 1940s.

i have an old deweys cob with a bone stem bit like that. great smoking cob, of course, although i am not a fan of clenching that one.
