I think it best if we move on and if the man does reappear let the powers on the forum deal with him.

Well, I don't really think there's anything the "powers" on the forum are going to do, nor should they. It's not their responsibility. I started taking a few steps to reach out to UA in the days just prior to his return. I was, frankly, quite shocked that he reappeared right at that same time. However, I know the forum doesn't really like dwelling on this issue. So, I'll endeavor not to post anything further on it. I'm going to revisit my earlier efforts. If I have any luck reaching out to UA, I will try to contact those that are waiting to hear from him directly through PM or some other method.
