Anyway it was a necessary verbal order over the phone

The lad said they had said pipe in stock and I should have it by Friday.......

Its Tuedsay 9 days out and he then tells me it is out of stock...yet when I made the order, he said it was IN stock

Now in the engineering world, we ask the vendors to lay hands on said parts so we are not dealing in virtualities which known to be problematic

So total time on this matter is going to be about 5 weeks counting the original scenario which I will not go into

Its all part of a grand conspiracy to keep me from smoking a new pipe

There have been a couple times when I would have taken the risk and ordered a pipe from you, but the lack of information on the pipe dimensions made it impossible.

By Sunday, the [2] outstanding orders I have running from P&C are both no shows.

When I asked the Lad on the phone if I may have and pay for fast freight on the one infinitely delayed order....he parried that saying something about the holiday and that I should have it by Saturday. There seems to be a weird singularity En Force and its quite transdimensional.

That is a song lyric from a Celtic song called " The Rattlin Bog " its the lead into the refrain.

Considering P&C is a major supporter of this site you might want to cut them a little slack.

The ratlin bog is a song that has verses that get longer and longer....

I did that for comic effect.

Now I did say they evetually come thru. That " is " slack.

Now when someone says they have stock and something is shipping out today, then it turns out they did not have stock and " don't have a plan to call you back and sort matters out " .....thats bad customer service and I call them like I see them. Period.

I still like the outfit and will still buy from them.
