2/3 well dried Samuel Gawith Full Virginia Flake, 1/3 Samuel Gawith Best Brown Flake fresh from the jar in a Father and Son apple. I'm about five minutes into the smoke and I'm not even answering the phone because this smoke is so good. Like smoking a sweet potato pie roasted in caramel over an open fire...Haven't had one of these kind of smokes in a while...bout time.
