Obsidian Oil

Has anyone had their Obsidian Oil start to congeal? Opened my bottle for the first time to try it and there was a white waxy build up around the bottom of the bottle neck. I shook it and it seemed to mix back in. Just wondering if this was the norm. Thanks.

No. I have a bottle that’s probably going on 5 years old and neither it nor bottles I’ve had previously have separated as you described.

Doesnt sound like it’s permanent in any case.

If a person wants to save some money plain mineral oil works as well (IMO) as Obsidian, but doesn’t have a UV protectant which may or may not be in Obsidian.
