We ate cabbage rolls stuffed with bacon and rice with a side of roasted carrots, potatoes and parsnips. Drinking sparkling water mixed with cranberry ginger ale.
Had some Chinese. Some orange chicken, beef and broccoli and some egg rolls.
Venison & ricotta polpette in soffritto sauce
Never heard of Hoppin' John. I had to Google it. I might have to find a good recipe and try it.
Surfed and Turfed with my wife. Split a thick ribeye. Man, the prices are high on steak about now!
Baked salmon fillet w/scalloped potatoes and garlic spinach. Paired with a white table wine. Boss!
I made beef birria and taco/nacho meat. Leaves lots of options open for tacos, nachos, beef birria soup etc...
True but if you have a local butcher you’re still paying less than going to a steakhouse! Looks amazing btw. Cheers!
