I spent a year going back and forth to Romania. Went to Bucharest, Constanta, and Brasov. The place is beautiful, fairly clean, and the people were friendly. I would go back. There were a few pipe shops, with Dunhill's in the $400 range. Nothing tobacco-wise that you could not get here, and really, nothing entertainments-wise that you couldn't do in the US, but it's still full of history that's worth going to see. I walked in buildings that Vlad Tepische walked in, climbed some mountains, and drank Palinka.
