The lamb dinner sounds great. I yearn for other Scottish fare though: haggis.

We Polish have a dish, kishka, that is similar, but it doesn't hold a candle to haggis.

@cortez, yes, haggis is fantastic (especially MacSween's). Haggis-hunting season is now open! Maybe I should send you some labelled as 'Wet aro tobacco' - with the essences of lungs, liver and kidney. I can't understand why most americans don't like it! LOL
