BriarBid or eBay are probably the best best for selling them online, if that's the route you want to go. 151 pipes is a fair collection - you might want to get them appraised, just in case there's a hidden gem or two in the mix...

also twstedgranny, try to educate yourself. You never know if you have a diamond in the rough worth some real money. Chances are pretty good that you have a few very nice collectables in there. Learn about these pipes. It will be well worth it and maybe even a little fun for you. Anyone on this forum would die for this kind of opportunity.

Do any of them have a white spot on their stems (Dunhills)? Or a white C on the side of the stem (Comoys)?

Well I do catch myself smelling them all,love the Tobacco smell.I can never be a smoker of anything,lol anymore.I can tell a trip to the library is in order.I could take a pic of them all and post??

In all likelihood you will be astonished by the amount of money people are willing to pay for used pipes.

For examples, go to SmokingPipes.com and check out the prices they're asking for "estate" pipes.

Yes get them checked out like roth said but also what I ment when I said give us first crack at them is that you should find out what there worth and post them on briar bid only because you can't promote your sale from eBay or any other bidding site on this forum other then briar bid. And since we are all pipe smokers and collectors this would be your direct market for such things.

Ill admit for some reason it might be my addiction to pipes collecting part of me just really wants to see the pipes so I may not be the best guy to take advice from at the moment I think I'm going through withdrawals from slowing down my PAD to try and save some money lol
