One thing I miss and often travel to due to it- beaches. ENJOY. I will be in a snowy cabin for xmas with a TON of new tobacco anyways. I'll have to enjoy it outdoors but hey- a mountain view.

Damn straight. Thank God I bought and paid off my home in a handful when I was still useful. These days it's the darn upkeep and car taxes. Really- $500 registration a year for my 4Runner?
How I wish I had made it to your parts when I was travelling so often.
So true. I am lousy at budgeting as I never had to until VERY recently. I was thinking of starting up some ride service for extreme weather and well- charge a ton. I have the vehicle for it so might as well but we don't get enough 6+ snows lately.
Yes- I am not sure there's another. I realize there's a club like one near downtown but I am not sure that would be worth it.
Frankly- I am cheap lately and have been buying online. I can find more selection.
THOUGH- they did turn me onto Dorchester which I do quite like.

Wonderful area. Used to camp out in those spots I suspect in a younger man's body. Grew up East Coast.
Rain or drizzle is always a great guess this time of the year but is just “gray” out today.
We seldom get snow, a few times a year at most. The weather pattern that brings rain comes in from the Pacific Ocean and this is relatively warm air. The weather pattern that brings freezing comes down from the north and it tends to be dry. It is the rare occasion that these two patterns collide over us that we get snow.
I lived in Fort Collins for a few years, really miss that clean Northern Colorado air and beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Alas, I had to leave for Silicon Valley and now Pittsburgh for work. Hoping one day to make it back there, maybe live off grid like Sam Elliot... I mean Kola 
I missed a chance to move there when I was with HP. I like Fort Collins also. My darn connection crashed- was gonna say besides how wonderful Fort Collins is- there are some wonderful wooded areas outside Pittsburgh. I've backpacked out there when once upon a time. Some nice rivers out there.
