You are going to have to work on that one, or you'll never really appreciated the fruits of your labor. Then work becomes drudgery and the slippery slope gets steeper.

Lesson #1 on enjoying:
Pack that pipe.
Find a comfy place to sit. Might be in the car at this time of year.
Put on some music that you like.
Light the pipe.
Take a nice, slow draw.
Close the eyes.
Smile.
Tamp it a little.
Relight.
Smile some more.
Keep smiling.
Laugh about how nice it feels.
Smile some more.

Just go outside but not in direct sun. Have the back ground somewhat similar in color to the pipe.
