Made in Italy (says the stamp) but giving an address in Houston, Texas. Maybe made under contract on a Texas initiated design? Or just distributed by a Texas outfit on Italian manufacture and design? The magazine ad probably gives a time frame on when these were sold. From the wear on the pipe, I'd guess it is a good smoker.
