Legend Hudson’s Bay by Brigham Enterprises in Canada is Supposed to be the Canadian match for Royal Yacht. Kolhase & Kopp (now Kopp) blended or blends this for Brigham.
I can‘t say how similar it is because I haven’t tried RY by Dunhill or Peterson. However, pipestud says it is similar to Royal Yacht with much less nicotine on tobaccoreviews.com, so it sounds like this is what you are looking for. I don’t know if it’s available in the US though.

Unless recently resurrected, all Brigham blends were discontinued eight years ago.
I bought my tin of Legend Hudson’s Bay last year. Legend blends were still in stock when I visited City Cigar in Vancouver BC the past two years and one smoke shop in my town still has bulk Brigham blends available.
It still wouldn’t surprise me if this is true.
Not sure you'll find anything like RY lite in vitamin N. Just keep smoking RY, you'll get use to it.
Nope....I just sold some Legend today in my shop.
Don't check my date codes when I sell it, so no idea.....I pull it from Brigham on a regular basis.....have been for years. Only been a few blends with sporadic availabilty...namely their EMP copy.
