I think it's a repeat of last year for the final. Who wins? I don't know it's too close
Panthers look like they're on a mission. Poor Orlov...a -4 on the night, and had the opening goal against go in off of him. Hope Blake is okay from that tumble into the boards; at least Luostarinen turned away from the hit as much as he could at the last moment, though not enough to avert an ejection. Hurricanes should be quite desperate tomorrow.
Meanwhile, I heard that the entire Dallas Stars team is wearing full body armor beneath their jerseys, a sensible precaution whenever Darnell Nurse is in the lineup. If I were them, I'd be wearing it all the time; one never knows when the guy is going to pull a Tonya Harding pre-game...

You can’t win the cup without great goaltending, Edmonton doesn’t seem to have it.
And Bobrovsky holding his own against the two best goal scorers in the world is impressive. The post hits last night in P3 by the Oilers, they can't buy a break.
It looks like Edmonton has a goalie crisis. Bobs came to life at the right time.

Think about the UNIT Florida is. In the last FOUR years they won the Presidents Cup, then the next season made it to the Cup finals (lost to Vegas), then the next season won the Stanley Cup and this season they are in the Finals and up 3 games to 2. Amazing.

As somebody they grew up in Florida before there was hockey, then lives in Boston for 18 years and has my entire family from Boston originally, now lives back in Florida. I don’t know I guess the Oilers? Oh wait no that’s not right. Actually, I can’t give two shits about the Panthers but I’m a huge number 63 fan so I’m super happy for the guy. Hope he gets a chance to raise another cup. Then the Bruins can fire Sweeney.
