I am surprised to hear that there's no domestic brand of pipe tobacco in China. Given the extraordinary size of China Tobacco Company and the quality of leaves they produce I thought perhaps there might be some. I suppose its the same as everywhere else, then. Cigarettes are what makes profit sense.
