I appreciate all the prayers and well wishes. I'm recovering nicely and able to get outside for a pipe when I want to. I still have recovery to make, but I'm alive and thanking God and all those who helped me with hands on doctoring to prayers and well wishes.
I am humbled by the generosity I've been afforded throughout this ordeal.

Are you not the good fellow who organized and ran the "Tobacco Crawl"? I participated in several and am grateful I could. I could even have the name wrong but it was an organized way to try new tobaccos and learn from discussion.

Ok big fella upstairs, time to get your act together. We pipe smokers are an affable lot, dont cause a ruckus and just want to be left alone to smoke our pipes and have a laugh. Lately you’ve been calling on our ranks a bit hard mate, couple of goodun’s gone up to your smoking lounge and now one with some health problems. I respectfully ask that you take a Bex and back off a bit, restore @newbroom to full fitness and keep the rest up safe in the palm of your hand. That’s it for now and if you’re looking for a few to pick on maybe there is a few Politicians around the world you could send to the fires of hell for me. Amen
