Newbie from Brockport NY

Hi Everyone,

I'm a newbie from Brockport NY.

I tried to smoke a pipe 8 years ago, but due to bad technique and no one to learn from I stopped.

I am starting again. With a plenty of YouTube videos to help me along, I think it would be a enjoyable hobby for me.

I'm starting of with some aromatics and a few PS Luxury Flakes. These were recommended by Old_Soul on YouTube.

My current favorite color is "Lurid green".

Mixture 79? What is this?

P.S. I am up for any suggestions on the next steps for types of tobacco to try. And always up meeting like minded people.

Like many, first tobacco was an aromatic, either Lane’s 1-Q or BCA, can’t quite remember which was first.

Hello and welcome from Canada. For a gentle intro to latakia, try Lane HGL. For something stronger, try Quiet Nights by GL Pease....

If you want something deep in aromatics, try Molto Dolce or Sutliff Creme Brulee. I found these pretty easy to smoke as a beginner myself.
