We need to start coming up creative and legal ways around these oppressive taxes. I wonder if a tobacco "cooperative" would work. The solution is to transfer to a school in a country with a better taxation regime, or at least do a semester or two abroad. Everywhere in the US, except for Washington since it bans tobacco shipping into the state, would be a fine choice.
