lol - we go through that pretty quick - we do a lot of curry. I use it with stir fries as well but it's funny I actually prefer a jasmine with chinese, thai, etcAgreed............ It's my favorite. I love basmati rice but hate the cleaning process before you even get to cook with it. Still, it's well worth it for the lovely taste.
