Smoke more. I have eight 66L containers full of tins and bulk not including the 30 or so jars in rotation. I have to start smoking this down.
Get one more person to enjoy piping. I got two last year. Hoping to do it again.

With all the changes happening in blends as specific fields disappear by the score I must double my efforts to focus on blends that truly rock my world.
Now that I have 1-3 in each family I want to only try 1 new tin with every order.
Also I want to only buy ( or mostly) by pipes from B&M’s and visit as many as I can this year.

Hmm. Is “does” in the above a typographical error that was meant to be “doesn’t”….. or am I not understanding the New Year’s Resolution?
Too difficult not to buy any more pipes. But I must control myself!

I am glad about that….. if it had been accurate as you WANTING to have your doc tell you to put down your pipes…… well…. hell, that would be about the most piss-poor resolution to aim for.
Camp more with our travel trailer and smoke more around the campfire.
I resolve to try to empty some of my 40-ish jars before I open a new tin.
Man I feel you on that one. I post even less than 1/3 of the pipes I have in the thread. Don’t feel like futzing around with my phone while enjoying a bowl.

New Year? Lose 9.6 pounds (should have that done by April), get the garden area completed once the snow melts for good, enjoy a summer getaway. I'd say something about buying pipes, but no point setting myself up to fail!
I love to read it, but until recently with a lot of time at home around the holiday season, wouldn't post a lot (usually weekends in nice weather or weekends in the garage in the winter or the occasional lunchtime bowl are the norm - for me, last few weeks have a lot more active) - that's when I tend to get behind - miss three days and you miss a million posts!

Rule 9 is pretty easy, it's just the two tins you have to send to @jpmcwjr for every word you mess up that's the catch. The easy rule for Rule 9, IMO --- brevity in all things, just don't capitalize the articles unless you decide to start the sentence with one. Now Plan 9 - that's another galaxy.
