I was perusing the sales page on this site when I ran across this Wayne Teipen Apple that Al had for sale. I have one other pipe from Wayne which is a great smoker so I decided I needed to have another. It is a nice group 4 and the pipe smokes just as well as my first from Wayne. It smokes cool and dry, didn't need a pipe cleaner once to soak up excess moisture and the stem is very comfortable. The pipe came in pristine condition and ready to smoke. Thanks Al for a great pipe.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys, it is appreciated.
Al, thanks for the info on the shank application, this makes the first pipe I have owned with Bolivian Rosewood. I like it.

Thanks Dan. Have you seen his version of a Skater on his site. That thing keeps calling me. Take a look and buy it before I do.

He nailed the shape for sure. No doubt it will smoke great! Unfortunately, not my style so I can't spare you this time

Dan, I hear you. It is unlike anything I have in my collection as well. It does remind me of a Dublin in a couple of ways, but not enough. It is just too chunky on the shank.
