Thank you very much for the warm welcome. I'm from Kuala Lumpur. Malaysia. I am needing some help as well. I recently bought a 8 estate pipes as I'm looking to increase my household income as my Mrs lost her job to the current financial situation here in Malaysia. We have 2 children and unfortunately I got scammed. The pipes after a month of waiting has not arrived?. We had a small amount to invest which is now gone. So would anyone here know of a good seller that I can buy a fairly good lot of estate pipes with the least budget. I know that I may be asking too much but in times so real like these I am not ashamed to ask. Please do guide me and correct me if I had broken any rules here please forgive me.

I think there are several places that sell estate pipes. Not sure what the budget is or if these places would suit your plan. Just look at the list of sponsers on the left of the page and look for estate pipes. Hope that helps.
As I am a maggot I live in and add to the decay in a disintegrating log somewhere in the American SE. Other than that I can't say.
More, from my lowly station, I think posting one's location online is very very stupid, and naive, trusting such information to the scoundrels that make their money by scamming online. More, the data brokers have everything about everyone; why would anyone aid them in their sleazy and dark practices? Asking anyone for such information, and at times badgering them for it, turns my stomach!
All you're going to get out of me in this regard is that I am a denizen of likely logs.

and some of us I am sure have experienced the fun of an internet stalker no reason to aid shitheels in that case.
Were they purchased from overseas? Things can take longer then a month to arrive depending on where they are coming from.

I'm an ex-Malaysian, now in Sydney.
International deliveries have taken a lot longer since the start of Covid. It is not uncommon for orders to take 4-6 weeks to arrive in my experience.
If you're looking for some lower prices pipes to clean up and flip, have a look at Williams Estate Briar Pipes, in Denmark. I have bought quite a few estate pipes from him. He posts only 1 photo per pipe and very little information, but is happy to send more photos and information, if asked. He is also happy to accept returns, if you're not satisfied with any item, at your own cost. He accepts PayPal, but will add on the fee to the price. He answers emails very promptly.
Rebornpipes (Steve Laug) is a great resource if you're looking for hints on restoration/refurbishing.
