New Tekin Meer!

Early Christmas present to myself. First Tekin pipe. It looks to me like this pipe is going to color wonderfully, much like @LeafErikson. The bowl is quite small, much smaller than I thought but it’s made up with how comfortable the pipe is in the mouth. Will be a great, short smoke for before work.

about 10 bowls in and this thing is very hard to smoke because of the chamber width though I think I am getting the hang of it. It’s about a .58” bowl

Sorry miss type .68, it’s quite small. The listing has it marked as .7 but it’s a bit smaller than that

I didn't know that other than for the cutty, I didn't think old clays and meers had formalized shapes

Only 15 bowls in and it’s coloring quite well. I’ve only been handling it by the stem so all coloring is true coloring, not finger smudges.

Nice progress. I love the fact that it has already begun to develop "freckles". I find that to be a good sign when coloring a Meer. Enjoy.
