Where in Germany? I was born in Frankfurt at the U.S Army hospital there and lived there again in High School in Fulda! I loved Germany.Welcome from Germany.
I have been to Karlsruhe a few times playing soccer (football) for my High School Team! Thanks!About 25 km north of Karlsruhe
Thank you I appreciate the advise, I'll be working on getting the tobacco this weekend in town as I'm a little ways away from any outlets. My pipe will hopefully be here by Friday!Well pipe smoking is not cigarette smoking. It is a lot harder. For smoking I would suggest getting one pouch Amphora regular tobacco to start. Then pack the pipe as lightly as you can do it. Then when you light it don't start puffing it like a freight train. Don't be afraid of relights. Let folks around you brag about how they can smoke it down to a fine ash with just one or two lights.
Welcome from KC!!
Greetings from The ATL. You must have won the lottery with that kid!Hello, my name is David and my son worked his butt off shoveling snow and bought me a Lord of the Rings Churchwarden style pipe. I had talked for about a year of possibly trying a pipe. I have no idea yet on what type of tobacco to buy or what to look for, but I'm looking forward to learning!
Yes, Hes one of the best young men I've ever known. Has an awesome work ethic, and good head for things. Hates electronics so I don't have to fight about video games with him either!Greetings from The ATL. You must have won the lottery with that kid!
The actors in the LOTR film supposedly smoked Peter Stokkebye "Nougat."
I would also recommenced trying an ounce each of Peter Stokkebye Natural Dutch Cavendish, Luxury Twist Flake, and English Luxury. These are all terrific starter smokes, nice and smooth.
Also, go ahead and grab some Lane 1Q; it's the best-selling pipe tobacco by a wide margin. Very easy to enjoy.
