New Score At Antique Shop

I have been scouring this antique shop for weeks looking at mostly pipe related things. Nothing really stood out to me, Grabows, Kaywoodies, a few Brylon pipes etc.
But today I found a section of pipes that weren't in glass cases. Again, most UN named pipes, but there was a hidden gem.
Yes the quality is to put it nicely, rough. Caked, cracked, and there's a tiny pin hole in the bottom of the bowl. But I've never owned one, and for the price I paid, I couldn't say no.

I know nothing of them, so maybe people can help me with dates, and what I should do with it. Attempt the restore myself? Send it to a professional? I'm eagerly waiting to hear what every one says.

That pipe has got some miles on it, but I'm sure it smokes great.
Might be worth it to have a pro fix it up.

I think I may just clean it up, fill the cracks, and use it as a "work pipe" like Embers.

Jpmcwjr, yes it's a tiny bowl. Probably about a half hour or so. I'm not one for huge pipes.
