Haven’t smoked a shred of these yet, but the eternal question of “which Dunhill iterations” is virtually beyond the reach of mankind’s knowledge at this point. It was confidently stated at one point, though, that before everything switched to Murray’s some of the old late 1970’s- early 1980’s blends that came in tins that said “Made in England” as opposed to “Made in the UK” were in fact made in London by Robert McConnell. I just don’t have any clue as to which ones those were at this point in my life. But perhaps, when K&K bought out McConnell in the later 1980’s, some recipe books came in the deal? Who knows. K&K makes a lot of tobacco that people seem pleased with these days, so you might find a few you like.
