I have one Winslow in my collection, and it's a great smoker!

Santa mistakenly dropped this loot off at my house this Christmas. No possible way I deserve wonderful gifts like these this year. :D

I love an artisan styled Author/Rhodesian, so I made an impulse buy on Christmas eve on this Wayne Teipen. Unfortunately, I've been sick since it arrived, so I haven't given it a test ride yet (it easily passes a fluffy cleaner).

Well in addition to the cool GBD canted bulldog I got, I had to man up and pick up this Man African Meer, made on the Isle of Man in the UK. It's a nice smoking pipe but I had to do a bit of cleaning and resto work as the stain on the meer was blotchy and chipped and there was some cake build up and some gunk in it. Never had an African meer before, they definitely have a heftier feel than Turkish meer, but smokes just as cool far as I'm concerned.

Not actually for Christmas, but I treated myself to a custom Scottie Piersel a month or so ago. I guess it counts... it was in the "season".

Friends gifted me with a Thompson freehand, which I believe is a Thompson Cigar Co./Since 1915 house pipe. Briar is in beautiful shape with plateau on the rim. It's stamped "West Germany," and "Selected Briar," and I'd guess it's from the 70's or earlier. Smokes great. No break-in!

My daughter Katye gave me a Peruvian Art dragon pipe. It has a bowl made from a hollowed out seed, and the stem and dragon ate made of clay. Interesting, and not a bad smoke. My Youngest son Ryan gave maple a Fe.Ro straight grained bent Dublin, a 9mm filter pipe. Another good smoking pipe. Also received a Moonshine Pipes XXX Devil Anse. This pipe is a remarkable good smoke.
