I love my Huck Finn MM! The acrylic stem gets chewed up pretty quickly, but that is easily solved with a Forever Stem. The small bowl is great for a quick smoke or trying a new tobacco.

Already ordered a Forever stem for it - all of mine were for filtered pipes, and this one is unfiltered.

We'll be going on a 3 week backpacking trip in August and I think two corn cobs would be the best for us "ounce counters." I'm loving the Tom Sawyer.
Even with the tobaccopipes.com discount, their prices still aren't as good as P&C. And, after using P&C customer service, I'll definitely stick with them even if there is something that costs a little more.

I frequently do 4 night backpack trips. I put the cobs on the scales, and there isn't a briar in my collection that beats them on weight. I take two cobs on my trips now. I do put them and the tobacco in my food bag to hang at night, don't really want a curious bear or other critter stealing my stash.

Every ounce counts! Can't be too careful about bears. I'm half glad that we don't have grizzly in California anymore.
