Is there a minimum post count or min. membership time for new members to be able to buy or sell n the sale / trade forums?

Second question...would you sell to a member with no (as in zero) posts?

Minimum of 100 posts and 4 month membership required. It's in the buy, sell, swap rules.

Good replies and I did see the rules. I may have missed something, but I did NOT see anything with a participation requirement for NEW members to buy in the Pipes and Tobacco sale/trade forums.
I'm not questioning for challenging, but offering that maybe we need a limitation to this as well.

I don't believe that there are any pre-requisites to buying.
Just to selling.

A buyer pays before tobacco/pipes are shipped (typically by PP-FF), so I don't guess it matters how trustworthy the buyer seems otherwise -- if he pays first, then money is money.
