After many years in the Air Force, I have worked for myself/others in equal measures.
It has always been impossible for me to "leave it on the doorstep" when engaged in either of the first two.
When working for someone else, I sleep like a baby.

Most of the time I am good at it. The problem I have is when I messed something up and it cost my sites time or money where it gets to me. But learn to let go and enjoy time with the wife
