Hello everyone,

I'm a new member to the forum from Ohio and have been a lurker for quite a while. I'm not new to pipe smoking, but have sort of dabbled in it on and off since about 2005 but last year, it finally bit me hard and now I'm a full-fledged pipe smoker. Having dove deep into the hobby, I have probably burned more money on PAD and TAD than I would ever care to admit publicly.

I'm a seasonal tobacco guy, and love my VaPers year round, but I will reach for the English/Balkans on occasion in the fall/winter months. Being a good ambassador to our world, I will smoke the occasional light aromatic in mixed company to extend goodwill to others and give them the experience they probably expect to get when they are around pipe smokers. My favorite blends are Escudo, Dunhill/Peterson Deluxe Navy Rolls, Orlik, Mad Fiddler Flake, McConnell's Scottish Cake, SPC PP, Rattray's Black Mallory, lots of Stokkebye stuff, MacBaren's Navy Flake, and the list goes on and on.

I really am humbled to be amongst such seasoned pipe smokers and hope to learn much and have good conversation.

I was really led here by being so impressed with JimInk's tobacco reviews, I hope to get the opportunity to converse with someone such as him who knows how to pick up the subtleties of flavor. I have much to learn.

With all my best wishes to all of you and families.
Welcome from your neighbor to the South.

Welcome aboard, from next door in Indiana . . .

Which VaPer do you recommend for someone searching for his/her first VaPer to try?
