I have had my eyes on this one for about 2 weeks. I was able to get rid of a few Briars and was happy to acquire this one. I am going to hope that this will be the last pipe for this year. Yep, PAD is something else I tell ya...

Thanks guys. I normally HATE colored stems. In this rare case, I think it does set off the shape well. I can't wait to watch it color. 8O

Beautiful meer...nicely shaped. I too am not normally crazy about such stem coloring, but it definitely works on that one. Meers are a special treausure...enjoy!

The stem reminds me of those porcelain pipes from, I want to say Holland? Strange how on a briar pipe it would clash too much but on that meer it just fits.
If that is your last pipe of the year than good on you, it's a nice one.
