Haha, I already have a dedicated BF pipe though! (Comoy’s Scrimshaw). I’ll probably smoke some in it at some point just to see. It’s definitely meant to be decoration and not a workhorse though, not exactly an expertly constructed smoking instrument. Pretty though.

The maker of the lumpy lovat goes by 'Tinman'. Very pleasant fellow to work with- I don't believe for a second that he is without a heart. Or a pipe, obviously.

Got a new Kiribi Kuboto lighter, but no new pipe. Although, I did finally find my Morgan Black Jack pipe that I had misplaced, and hadn't seen for a few months. Going to open a 3 yo. tin of Dunhill Flake for tonight.

At first I thought the Tin Woodsman was fixed to the stem like the little duck on L'Anatra pipes I've always liked The Wizard of Oz, too.

Gods no ? that would render it nearly unsmokeable. Were that the case- I would definitely start questioning my own taste in pipes.
