Interesting. I have a very deep MM freehand with a conical cob that fills this niche. It is especially good for faster burning, dry burley like Five Brothers, among other leaf. Semois as well. MM's special editions are always of interest. I especially like the collaborations with Dagner and C&D that come with acrylic stems.

I think I may have picked this one up because of something you said once, about a thinner, taller bowl doing well fr hotter smokes. Macbaren #1 is realy what I want to smoke and see how it does.

Yes! I got a little X-mas money from my grandparents and uncle so I got a Radice Rind Canadian. Have had my eye on Radices (Radici?) for a while as they seem to offer plenty of value for a fair price This one is from the EU version of Smoking Pipes.

@chasingembers Please stop showing that Christmas Pipe (third photo), I get more and more jealous every time that I see it ?.

But seriously, I do love that pipe. I assume that it smokes as well as it looks?
Indeed it does. So far I've ran English Chocolate, Christmas Cheer, and HH Burley Flake through it, but I think the English Chocolate is going to be it's tobacco. It's carver has only been making pipes since September 2018, but he REALLY knocked this one out of the park.?

Wow! It really is a stunner. I particularly like that shank adornment at the mount and the flare out of the stem to meet it. Killer pipe.

Fiance got me the 2 sav alligators, the mini french made straight as well as the engraved 1 (I believe pearwood) and mother inlaw got me the owl carved 1 which I believe is pearwood too, with a massive 2hr bowl so it'll just be a looker lol 13583

Always wanted one of those crocodilic Savinellis, but now that I see a non-product shot, I think I'll definitely go for the brown finish.

Nothing here. I never get any gifts. Well, till yesterday—first time in over a decade or more that anybody has given me anything—but it wasn't a pipe or smoke-related.
