So my friend stopped by and gave me a Gandalf churchwarden pipe from the Noble collection as a late Xmas gift.. Its fully functional and smokes pretty darn smooth. Always wanted a churchwarden and was looking at the Halfling from Macqueen pipes, they look almost the same.

@Cynyr..the stem goes straight to the bowl and is glued there, its the only drawback. Gonna have to get extra long cleaners.

@Uber..funny thing is we are getting rain today

Cool churchwarden pipe you have there, and yes you will need super long pipe cleaners for that one.

Hey just curious did you have to break this one in or was it pretty solid? Like did you have to start 1/3 full for the first few times or line it with some honey? I just ordered one and I'm waiting on it to come in. Just wanting to know if I need to break it in or not?

I have never really liked CW's, but I really like this one.
Not too long, cool/classic look, great color. Plus, Gandalf is the MAN, so there's that.
Great pipe!

Just when I think I really don't need a Churchwarden, someone has to post a picture of a great looking pipe!
