Good evening,

Born and raised in Kansas City, moved to Florida in 2002.

within the last year got to reminiscing about my grandfather and ended up with a couple pipes and some memory inducing tobacco from the only pipe shop in the area.

My wife surprised me with a Nimrod lighter like the one I showed her my grandfather had, with which I had some questions on and found this site.

I was stationed in Fort Stewart, Georgia for 7 years and when I left the army, I was considering moving to St. Cloud to become a beach bum.
After those 7 years in a desert warfare unit, 7 annual month long rotations to the Mojave, one to Turkey and the Desert Storm experience, I decided I'd had enough sand and moved on to greener pastures, literally!
