Morning ladies and gents,
My name is Marcel, I am Lebanese and live in California. I've been stalking this forum for a couple of months now, and have finally decided to lose the camera shyness.

I started smoking pipes last November(?) or was it early December? I don't remember exactly. I started smoking because the taste of tobacco haunted me (I smoked cigarettes for a decade, sometimes quitting, other times trying to quit).
I currently have 4 pipes and a corncob:

Giselle - Rocky Patel freehand I think?

Leonardo - Meerschaum

Vienna - Pear wood pipe from Amazon (second pipe after my corncob)

Roxanne - Corncob, my first pipe
I have been trying all kinds of tobaccos, my favorites are:

- Councilman blend (from Georgetown Tobacco)

- Luxury Bullseye Flake (Peter Stokkebye)

- Frog Morton on the Bayou (McClelland)

- Luxury Twist Flake (Peter Stokkebye)

You've got some good taste in pipes and tobacco's. Luxury twist is one of my favorites.
Have you tried Frog Morton Cellar yet? It's darn good too.

marcel1, welcome aboard. Sounds like you have a good start. I'm not picking up your photos, but others may. Lots of info here on Forums, some real expertise with carvers and tobacco, and many years of experience with enjoying pipes.

You're using dropbox. I have never had luck with that as an image host. Photobucket works best for me, easy easy. Plus, I sometimes can't see pictures from other photo hosts. You might try adjusting your settings in dropbox, or go to Photobucket, or one of the other ones the guys here use.
